Dear National Builders, National Builders I am writing this letter to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful support my partner and I received from 2 staff from national Builders. My partner and I has been dealing with another building company when we went into the Traralgon display homes and then we met Nicole from National Builders who was very friendly and helpful and it made us realise how bad the service was for the other building company. She made sure that we understood everything and felt comfortable with our choices, we never felt pressures and nothing was too much trouble during the months of planning and preparing for our new home. After our final drawings were received, we had our appointment at Colour World in Melbourne and were lucky enough to receive more wonderful customer service from Roz. She was very helpful, honest and polite. Building a house can be very stressful but with the service like we got from National Builders it has been a pleasure. Kind Regards

Dear Management, We have recently moved into our new house which was built by your company. I would like to express my greatest appreciation to our builders for their outstanding attention to the construction of our new home. Nothing ever appeared to be any trouble and in facts all facets of the project were completed on time and without any delays. Building a new home can be very stressful and a traumatic event in anyone’s life, but with dedication to the work and to the extraordinary detail involved wish such a project it all seemed to materialised in front of our eyes. Dear Director, We moved into our new homes after completion in mid-November and have not written to thank you for your excellent job that your team and the Builders did on our new homes at Cape Paterson. The Buckingham 46 is an excellent Basic design and with your teams help the modification we have made have turned it into a wonderful place to live. It was a pleasure working with Dale at the front end of the project and with Carl and his team as our home was built. All who visit have been impressed with the quality and finish of the house. To all staff who had to put up with many requests and variations, thank you for your patience. The design has worked out very well and there are no features that we would change. I would have no hesitation in recommending National Builders Group and particular our builder to any of my friends and indeed I have already sent some people to look at National Builders display homes in Narre Warren. Dear NBG Management, We are almost at handover and neither I nor Ange have one negative thing to say with regard to the whole process and especially with Michael. He updates us weekly, is happy to meet us there at any time we want to have a look and he has accommodated us with every request and the workmanship is outstanding. As I have said before, Michael truly has been a blessing he is the most professional, honest, reliable builder I have ever met. Initially I was hesitant to build because of bad experiences I have heard can happen in the building industry but this experience with our builder and National builders have been amazing. Loving our Hallbury Homes / National Builders House Well what can I say. Our journey with Hallbury Homes has come to an end. To put it simply the, our house looks amazing. The quality of construction is nothing short of spectacular. [name removed] and I could not be any happier. There are only a couple of minor things that need to be fixed/completed, all which our Supervisor has already organised to be completed Friday 29th April. Regardless of these minor things (and they are minor) everything is just amazing. We have all done a fantastic job. From our very first meeting, Hallbury were just so friendly and welcoming and we knew that they really cared about the quality of their products. They answered all of our questions and were prepared to spend as much time with us as possible to ensure every aspect of our build was explained. [name removed] the owner is a true gentleman and a testament to what Hallbury Homes is all about. Our supervisor was a superstar. From the first time we met, I knew straight away that he cared about his client’s satisfaction. His patience was a great asset as myself and [name removed] bombarded him with questions. He just kept going with us until we were satisfied with our inspection, which can be rare these days. And yesterday to take even more time to explain everything about the handover and how to maintain the house again showed he really cared about his clients satisfaction and happiness. And his sense of humour is just spectacular. The ladies in the office are just spectacular and the backbone and support of Hallbury Homes. Their communication with the weekly updates was fantastic. I will admit I bombarded them with questions and was a little demanding at times, but throughout everything they always remained professional, courteous and patient to ensure I had the information I required. The Hallbury team as a unit to put it simply, are AMAZING. As i said earlier, from day one I knew they were genuinely working to meet and exceed our expectations. Hallbury also gave us a lovely house warming gift. That was a perfect touch to a perfect ending. This will be put to great use. For any friends or family that are looking to build a new house in the near future, I will definitely be sending them straight to National Builders and recommending they build with Hallbury Homes. Reliable and Professional Standards Have moved in after seven months construction and extremely happy with the quality of the workmanship. The builder that was assigned to our house has a long history in our area and his reputation is highly regarded throughout the region.
