    National Builders have both single and double storey designs, and we even have a Link series for extensions.
    Can we bring in our own design to National Builders?
    Unfortunately no, however we have over 200 designs to choose from and you can change any of these to suit your lifestyle and budget.
    Can we change National Builders House designs?
    National Builders offers a full custom designer Service; Design studio 25 which allows you to change any of our house designs to suit your lifestyle and budget.
    What design and what is the smallest width size plan National Builders have?
    National Builders homes can fit on width sizes as small as 12m these designs are
    Do you offer Façade options?
    National Builders have both single and double storey façade options.
    Do you have to pay extra for Façade options?
    One of National Builders' standard inclusions is a choice of 8 facades.
    What house designs would fit on a narrow block of land?
    National Builders offers a Streamline design within some of our series such as the Monclaire Streamline and Macquarie Streamline.

    How many bricks do we get to choose from in the National Builders range?
    With National Builders you can choose from 50 different brick which are all offered to you at the same price. National Builders has the largest range of bricks to choose from for the same price than any other building company.
    What energy rating are National Builders homes?
    At National Builders you won’t have to pay extra to get a 5 star energy rating as all our homes have a 5 star energy rating.
    What roofing do I get to choose from?
    You have the choice of either Colorbond steel roof or Monier tiles which is a part of the National Builders standard inclusions.
