We don't let just anybody join
National Builders Group is very fussy about who we allow to become members. To join our group, members must be able to demonstrate exceptional building technical skills. In addition all our members are required to uphold strict high standards of performance, as well as adhere to a "Code of Conduct" which appears below.

Yes it's a big decision to buy a new home but it can be a very rewarding experience. We understand how you feel from the beginning when you have paid your deposit, to proceeding through construction to finally when you get the keys to your new home. CONCRETE IN 3 WEEKS...KEYS IN 4 MONTHS (SINGLE STOREY ONLY)
That's our pledge is to have your concrete poured within 3 weeks of having your building permit approved and the keys to your brand new home within 4 months (single storey only). Naturally this offer refers to all National Builders Group standard plans & inclusions. Any alterations to our standard plans or your own design will always take a little longer.

At National Builders Group we have a proven range of plans and designs to offer our customers however we are not limited to these designs only. You may choose one of our plans but need to change it about to suit your lifestyle or you may have definite ideas about the design of your new home. It does not matter, the National Builders team can assist you with your design or ours.
